Here at Evolve, my goal is to get you feeling better faster and to improve your performance. I aim to not only offer one-on-one treatment, but to provide you with a unique treatment plan that is specific to you and your injury/goals. Do you take insurance?

Here at Evolve we do not bill insurance companies directly however we do offer superbills for patients who would like to submit them to their insurance provider directly for potential reimbursement for care rendered.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

You can absolutely use HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) as a form of payment at Evolve.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes - we offer a 15% off discount for all visits for active military and veterans with a valid military ID.

What can I expect during each visit?

The initial new patient visit is an hour and includes a detailed health history, history of complaint or what is bringing you in, orthopedic and neurological examination, as well as treatment which will typically consist of chiropractic manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapy, and/or rehabilitative exercises. Follow up visits vary in time and treatment depending on what the doctor recommends and what patients' goals are, however you can expect some variation of treatment as described above.
